Ability Focus Care at Home Specialises in providing reliable Care and top-quality person-Focused support to people with complex health needs. This would include Learning disabilities, Mental health needs, Challenging behavior, Physical disabilities, Sensory impairment, and Personal care. We are regulated by CQC and registered as a Domiciliary Care provider in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
We provide these services up to 24 hours a day in your Home and Community and pride ourselves on positive outcomes. Our Support Workers have the necessary training, positive forward-thinking, and approachable personality.
